Product Specification
Sea To Summit Expedition Duffle Bags are feature rich tough carriers for your important equipment and gear.
The main body of the duffle is manufactured from waterproof tough tarpaulin laminate fabric that is thick and offers a degree of padding to the contents. With the base taking the brunt of use, Sea To Summit have added extra padding and reinforced it with robust 1000D nylon fabric.
Access to the main compartment is through a heavy duty puncture resistant two-way zip that contains t-bar finger pulls and integrated padlock holes. Opening out the large lid gives ample access for packing and removing kit, as well as making it easy to stow away bulky items. The lid itself contains a zipped pocket for securing important documents and keys.
A pair of removable contoured padded handles give these duffles three carrying options. Connected in tandem using the large steel gated hooks to the heavy duty silver webbing loops at the ends of the duffle gives you the standard hand carry option. Small magnets in the centre of the handles keep them together when the bag is placed on the floor, and the narrowing of the handle at the natural grip points make them easy to carry comfortably. The handles in the same position can also turn the duffle in to a backpack, with the padded lid protecting your back and the straps being fully adjustable using the slide buckles. The final position is carrying the duffle on your shoulder by joining the two straps together.
In addition to the multi function removable straps there is also a static webbing top handle and side handles on both ends. Multiple lashing points also make it easy to attach it securely to transportation vehicles.
Please note: The fabrics may be waterproof but the stitching is not sealed, so will allow ingress of water over time if left exposed
